A. Way up in Alaska is a town that's actually called North Pole. The U.S. Postal Service runs a special holiday program fro people who want to send Christmas letters and parcels bearing a North Pole postmark.
Q. Is there really a Christmas, Florida?
A. Sure is! And if you wait too long to have your photo postmarked fromt he North Pole, it will be postmarked from Santa's favorite vacation spot instead.
Q. If I download the photo will it still be personalized and autographed?
A. When you complete the download order form you provide us with the information our software needs to instantly create a personalized autogrpahed photo of Santa.
Q. What can I do with the downloaded photo?
A. Here are a few ideas: Hang it from the tree; put it next to the plate of cookies you left out for Santa; put it inside a special Christmas present, or slip it under the child's pillow while he or she is asleep,
Q. How do I print the downloaded photo?
A. The photo is formatted to print on a standard photo printer at 5x7. If you have a photo printer, and some photo paper, you're all set. But if you don't, no problem! Just copy the photo to a CD/Rom or memory card/stick and take it to any store that has a self-serve photo printer. You can also take it to your local photo store and have it printed there.
